After the initial zoom call I felt so at ease (and I’m an anxious person who anticipates all that can go wrong). We flew out for a house hunting trip. Stacee was great at reading whether we liked a home or not and kept us on track! We found our dream home and went to work and nearly two months later we are home! We already were under contract on our house we were selling in TN and had to get down to Tampa quickly. After finding the team through Juan’s YouTube channel we signed up for their free zoom call. In the zoom call Juan and Dennis were able to help us find the perfect location in the Tampa area that matched exactly what we were looking for. We flew down and met Dennis to check out the areas we spoke about. From start to closing Dennis was awesome! He was extremely responsive always answering in a timely manner. He was always able to answer any questions, address concerns, or direct us to who we needed to speak to. He made sure he was available for every inspection and walkthrough. What a GREAT team!!! Early on, Juan's videos and livestreams on YouTube were very helpful in narrowing our search for our new home to just what we needed. Then, the Zoom call with Juan and Marcia Railton gave us further insight so that when we finally flew in to do our "no kidding, we're doing this!" search. Marcia was absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, patient, and personable, she showed us a number of prospective homes. We never felt pressured or in a hurry, yet she had all our stops timed and programmed with appointments when needed. Once our purchase proposal was submitted, Marcia continued at our side to coordinate everything to close quickly and even provided the answers about utilities , etc. The bottom line is that you won't find a better realtor who will work for you to find your forever home.
